Infusion of new energy in the organization: Shakti Singh Gohil said- ‘

Rajya Sabha member Shakti Singh Gohil, who is gauging the district’s organizational pulse as part of the “Sanghaan Srishti Abhiyan,” said that change is essential with the times, and for this purpose, a campaign is being launched to strengthen and strengthen the party organization. Gohil was addressing a press conference held at the Circuit House on Wednesday.

Gohil said, “Nothing lasts forever. The organization was fine at one time, but circumstances have changed. In this technological age, we can now speak face-to-face with any district president in the country. This change must be incorporated into the organization.”

Referring to Hamirpur’s achievements during the Congress regime, the Rajya Sabha member said, “If anyone is responsible for development in the country, it is the Congress Party. Thanks to the Congress government, Hamirpur has the highest literacy rate, and a large number of its youth are serving in the army. Institutions like NIT were also established during this period.”

Sharing the AICC’s concerns, he stressed that the organization must be accountable and functional at all times, not just during elections. “A strong organization is the foundation of a people-friendly government,” he said.

Regarding the Lok Sabha candidate, Gohil clarified that all decisions will be made based on data prepared by the high command. Issues such as factionalism and performance within the organization will be thoroughly discussed. Most importantly, the opinions and feedback of workers will now be prominently included.

Gohil, highlighting the Congress’s internal democratic process, took aim at the BJP. He said, “In the Congress, the national president is elected transparently, whereas in the BJP, presidents are imposed from above.” Expressing unwavering faith in the workers of Hamirpur, he said, “I am confident that the workers of Hamirpur have the power to reduce the BJP to zero.”

Regarding the future strategy of the campaign, he stated that a talent hunt will be conducted to create an organization. After becoming the district president, his entire activities will be monitored from the Delhi war room. Workers will be deployed only after training. He stated that meetings with workers will continue until the work is completed.

Chief Minister’s media advisor Naresh Chauhan, MLA Suresh Kumar, Congress leader Dr. Pushpendra Verma, former MLA Kuldeep Pathania, and President Suman Bharti, along with other dignitaries, were present on the occasion.
